To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform email: carsbag.eu@gmail.com about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund your payment for the car organizer, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the goods back. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first if the contract concerned the sale of the item.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, the Account will be deleted along with all the data provided by you and it will not be possible to use the services provided under the Account.
